pray prayerminister16

Training that will give you the tools to listen and apply biblical principles to pray for individuals who seek help.

About the School

  • Elijah House 201 is a prerequisite to Elijah House 202 course.
  • Instructs and equips prayer ministers to pray for and minister to others effectively.
  • Teaches Biblical principles to develop skills for listening to the individual as well as the Holy Spirit.
  • Provides discipleship through instruction by and observation of seasoned prayer ministers.

The goal of this school is not personal healing. The Cedar Valley Church Prayer Minister School uses Elijah House materials.

About Course 201

  • Teaches advanced principles and tools to deal with common life issues.
  • Students learn to trace bad fruit to bitter roots formed in the heart (Hebrews 12:15), most often in childhood. They learn how to cut off roots at the Cross and bring repentance and healing to the heart.

Classes are taught and facilitated by seasoned prayer ministers.

Students receive their own course materials. Students will receive a certificate of completion when all requirements are met at the end of the school.

Participants will . . .

  • Study with a group of people who have various experiences and backgrounds
  • Have personal interaction with a trained prayer minister
  • Have a small group “hands-on” experience
  • Be trained to minister in the Prayer Ministry department of Cedar Valley Church
  • Have access to information about other Elijah House events and ongoing training and support
