In today’s world, the wonder of Christmas often comes with the expectation of the season and gifts. But for some, even putting food on the table is a struggle. For them, Christmas can bring stress, anxiety, and uncertainty. As followers of Jesus, we know that Christmas isn’t about the gifts, it’s about the Savior. At Cedar Valley, we show His love by meeting tangible needs in our church and community in ways that touch hearts and lives, ultimately pointing people to Him.
This year, Cedar Valley is partnering with Bloomington Schools to support families who need a little extra help this Christmas. You can help by purchasing gifts for families in our church and community!
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:
ONSITE – Starting November 30
- Stop by the station at the Missions Wall and pick up an Adopt a Family gift tag.
- Purchase the gift.
- Optional—if you’d like to wrap the gift, place it in a usable container such as a canvas bag, basket, or box.
- Attach the Adopt a Family gift tag to your gift.
- Place the gift in the Adopt a Family bin in the Atrium.
- Be blessed knowing you’ve blessed another!
